Before starting my internship, I had no idea what a docket was within PR. A docket is a written up agreement between emslie creative and whoever is borrowing our brands products. Throughout the week, we constantly contact fashion bloggers and celebrities to wear our brands so they can be photographed and seen wearing them to generate sales. Fashion bloggers also tend to upload pictures of the products onto instagram and tag the brand so that when people look at the picture they can easily see who the brand is and would potentially buy products.
